Now First Published. Small foolscap 8vo., pp xi, [i] blank, 235,  blank (small tear in leaf U3). Eighteenth century full calf (worn on fore-corners), gilt fillets on boards, letter-piece gilt, raised bands. There is a neat ownership inscription: G. Ranking 1800 at head of title-page and another dated 1799 (which is indecipherable), giving him the volume. There is also a neat pencil note on upper paste-down: Professor J. D. Mackie's copy.
